Chicken Monte Carlo Recipe


  • Two chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • Half a teaspoon of dried garlic powder
  • Two tablespoons of flour
  • Egg a number
  • Mustard paste Half a teaspoon
  • A teaspoon of crushed white pepper
  • A tablespoon of vinegar
  • Worcestershire sauce a tablespoon
  • A tablespoon of HP sauce
  • Capsicum
  • Two tomatoes
  • Six to eight mushrooms
  • Eight to ten olives
  • Cheddar cheese half a cup
  • Cooking oil as required

Preparation tips

  • Cut the chicken breast in half and lightly crush it.
