Chinese Chicken And Pineapple Curry Recipe


  • Chicken (boneless) 1 cup (cut into cubes)
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry Powder 1 tsp
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour (dissolve in a little water)
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 teaspoon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of pineapple cubes
  • 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Oil as needed
  • For green onion garnish

Preparation tips

  • Beat the eggs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces by dipping them in the eggs (add a little salt and pepper to the eggs).
  • When the chicken is golden, take it out.
  • Then remove the oil from the pan and reheat only 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • When it is hot, add chopped garlic. When it becomes transparent, add capsicum, pineapple and curry powder and mix.
  • After a while, add yakni in it and when it comes to a boil, add corn flour little by little.
  • When the sauce thickens, add the chicken and mix well and remove from the heat.
  • Add more if you want to taste more salt.
  • Remove to a serving dish and garnish with green onions.
  • Start hot with fried rice.
