Qatar puts eight more countries on the red list, including Britain

As part of the new update, 176 countries are now on the green list, most of them Arab countries (Palestine, Oman, Somalia, UAE, Yemen, Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisia, Kuwait). , Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan), while Jordan, Latvia, Magnolia and Estonia are also on the green list.
Earlier this year, the Ministry of Health updated its traffic light rating system, removing the yellow list altogether and introducing a list of “extraordinary red countries” instead. Vaccinators from the Red List countries must stay in the hotel quarantine for 2 days upon arrival, and all age groups must obtain a negative PCR result 72 hours prior to their arrival.
According to the Ministry’s Travel and Return Policy page on the official website, passengers who have been fully vaccinated with vaccines approved by the Qatari Ministry of Public Health outside Qatar will still be able to obtain their vaccine certificate in English and Arabic or both languages.
