Semolina Lemon Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • One and a half cup of semolina
  • Two eggs
  • One and a half teaspoon of baking powder
  • One and a half cup of sugar
  • A tablespoon of lemon peel
  • A cup of almonds
  • Half a cup of milk
  • One and a half cup of cooking oil

  • Half a cup of sugar
  • A teaspoon of lemon essence

Step by Step Instructions

  • Thickly coat the almonds, finely chop the lemon peels and sift the semolina and add baking powder, lemon peel and almonds.
  • Mix sugar and cooking oil and beat well with the help of electric batter, then add eggs one by one.
  • Add semolina and milk alternately and mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Put the cake in a tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45 to 50 minutes.
