Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe


  • Strawberry, mixed fruit half a kilo
  • Two cups of cottage cheese
  • Two cups of fresh cream
  • A cup of yogurt
  • Two cups of sugar
  • Two tablespoons of gelatin powder
  • A tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Simple cake as required

Preparation tips

  • Take a nine-inch cake-making ring pan from which the cake can be easily removed.
  • Lay an inch thick layer of plain cake in this pan.
  • Add lemon juice and a tablespoon of water to the gelatin powder, mix well and put in a small pot and cook over boiling water. When combined, remove from the heat.
  • Cut the strawberries, mixed fruit into small pieces (save to garnish a little on top) and cover with three to four tablespoons of water and let it cook.
  • Cook for four to five minutes, remove from the heat and blend in a blender when cool.
  • In the same blender, add cottage cheese, cream and sugar and blend until the sugar is well mixed.
  • Then add yogurt and gelatin mixture and blend for two to three minutes.
  • Pour this mixture into a simple cake tin, smooth the surface well and place in the freezer to cool.
  • Remove from the freezer for three to four hours and carefully remove from the tin by keeping it at room temperature for a while.
  • Cut the strawberries to your liking and garnish beautifully from the top.
  • You can also make this cake from custom mixed fruit.
