Tandoori Chicken Pasta Recipe


  • Two chicken breasts
  • Three cups of penny pasta (boiled)
  • Salt to taste
  • A teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • Tandoori spices 2 tbsp
  • One small onion
  • Two tablespoons of tomato paste
  • Two tablespoons of tomato ketchup
  • A teaspoon of chopped red pepper
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Celery half a teaspoon
  • Thyme half a teaspoon
  • Two to three tablespoons of cooking oil

Step by Step Instructions

  • Wash the chicken breasts and place in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes, then cut into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine salt, tandoori spices, tomato paste, lemon juice and a tablespoon of cooking oil and marinate the chicken.
  • Then fry the garlic and chopped onion in cooking oil in a frying pan and when it becomes slightly soft, add red chillies and chicken and fry on high heat.
  • When the chicken is golden, add boiled pasta and tomato ketchup and mix.
  • Sprinkle with celery and thyme, mix well and take off the stove.
  • Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and start hot.
